FREE hearing tests for Pensioners

As a registered provider of the Hearing services program (HSP), Cruise Audiology can see eligible voucher holders within the program

Under the HSP program, hearing tests are free for voucher holders

Additionally, if hearing loss exceeds a certain threshold, then that voucher holder is eligible for either fully or partially subsidised hearing devices

To be eligible to hold a voucher, one must be over 21 and hold one of the following cards:
  • Pensioner Concession Card
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card
  • Department of Veterans’ Affairs White Card (must be specified for hearing)
  • Dependant of one of the above cards
  • Member of the Australian Defence Force
  • Referred by the Disability Employment Services (Disability Management Services) program
  • Note (a Seniors Health Card does not entitle you to services under the HSP program)
